Experience the exhilarating sensation of skydived without stepping foot on a plane. It's absolutely possible, right in the heart of Trafford City. Here, you'll find the UK's first 14ft (4.3m) diameter iFLY wind tunnel, where you can soar like a bird. With wheelchair access and highly trained instructors, flyers of all abilities are welcome!

Begin your adventure with a thorough check-in process, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for a safe flight.

Then it's time to take flight. Feel the rush of wind as you float, spin and dive in the controlled environment of the wind tunnel. Suitable for ages 3 and above, this is an experience that transcends age barriers.

Pregnant women
People who have previously dislocated a shoulder
People wearing a hard cast
If you have a history of neck, back, or heart problems, you should seek advice from your doctor before flying

Not allowed:

Being under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs

Know in advance:

Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your booked flight time to get geared up and ready for take-off. Just like an airline, iFLY operates a manifest so it's best to arrive early leaving plenty of time for any unexpected delays
Anyone with reasonable health and fitness can participate in Indoor Skydiving, but the upper weight limit is 18 stone and 7 pounds/117kg. There is no minimum weight limit
Wheelchair users are welcome. Please inform the local provider before the day of your experience, you'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking
Flights take place within 30-minute sessions, followed by a degear and instructor debrief. In total, customers should allow no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes
You’ll be asked to remove all loose items (watches/rings/jewelry, etc) and will be provided with a flight suit, helmet and goggles. You’ll also be offered earplugs before flying. While lockers are available on-site, it is advisable to leave valuables at home
Flyers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 years of age) on the day of the flight

Remember to bring:

Please arrive comfortably dressed and bring a pair of well-fitting lace-up trainers. Avoid collared shirts and any form of slip-on or Velcro footwear. If you’re without lace-up trainers, the local provider has footwear for hire
If you have long hair, bring something to tie it up
Bring a hard copy of all confirmation details including voucher(s)
