We had a lovely day ,my disabled husband didn’t find it to difficult to get around . The care given to all the animals was clearly shown. All staff happy ,welcoming ,and helpful. All ages will enjoy this , but participating makes it more enjoyable. Only negative, TUI need to say it is the free Sioux City bus that collects you not a TUI one .

Enjoyed the whole experience. You just need to let people know that it’s the free bus to get and not your own.
