Die Beurteilung gilt ausschließlich für die Einreise. Bei der Rückreise hat es leider erst nicht funktioniert. Trotz Voucher haben wir keinen Service bekommen. Unser Reiseleiter konnte uns helfen und hat ein paar Telefonate gemacht. Dann war alles ok.

Die Unterstützung am Airport war gut, aber in Zukunft werde ich auf den Service verzichten, da der Preis total überzogen ist. Das Visum kann ich mir beim nächsten Besuch selbst einholen, muss ich eben etwas warten und wie auch bei der Einreisekontrolle.
