Det är en tidig start, men det är helt klart värt det när du kryssar ut till några av Phukets vackraste öar i gryningen. Efter ankomsten till Royal Phuket Marina välkomnas du med en lätt frukost innan du träffar din guide och går ombord på katamaranen. Den lokala guiden Nonglak delar med sig av sin favoritplats: ”För en äkta castaway-känsla är Khai Nui Island oslagbar. Här gäller en policy om inga fotavtryck, så det finns inga butiker eller faciliteter, vilket skyddar dess speciella, orörda natur. Dessutom är korallerna så grunda och färgglada att de är perfekta för att ta fantastiska undervattensfoton.”

Du kommer att susa längs Phukets östra kust medan solen tittar fram över horisonten. Din första stopp är Koh Khai Nok, en triangulär strand med mjuk vit sand omgiven av turkosblått vatten. Dess grunda rev och färgglada fiskar gör den till en snorklares dröm. Därefter åker du till Koh Khai Nui, en lugnare, orörd ö där du kan se kejsarfiskar, clownfiskar och andra inhemska revlevande djur. Sedan bär det av till Koh Naka Noi, en mindre avskild plats där du kan simma, snorkla eller bara koppla av på stranden.
