Reviews Kunsthistorisches Museum
“The bus was fine - it was recorded information. The bus driver did not mention where the earphones were so we didn't hear some of the tour until we worked out where the earphones were. There was a marathon the following day and the buses stopped in the afternoon. There was no information on the recording or from the driver so we did not know this. We walked a distance to get to the bus stop to rejoin the tour in the afternoon to discover the buses were no longer running! Very disappointed.”
“All in All the bus drivers themselves were great. The TUI rep Scott informed us that we had to walk 15 minutes to a bus as it couldn't get close to the ship, however we did see other buses closer to the ship?? My husband can't walk to far and if we had known this we wouldn't have booked the Hop on Hop off bus. We had to to get an Uber . Also, once we were in the centre we had lots of problems getting a bus back as there was a Marathon was taking place & rds were closed we were not told this.”
“the product is a self guided tour on an app but the app is not user friendly at all for the following reasons 1: It completely users the battery power of the phone - more than any other app ive seen and i ran out of battery very fast 2: It does not use a proper map, give directions or timings - you have no idea how long you will need for the tour to walk around and have to use other apps for actual guidance 3:Clear points of interest were not discussed on the automatic audio guide”
“I hadn't realised at the point of booking this tour with TUI that there were actually four routes and that it would take so long. It was a very tiring day for my 91 year old mother. I should have been given a map ahead of time onboard the cruise so that we could have better planned a less tiring route together”
