The whole experience was amazing the staff go above and beyond to make a great night the tickets are expensive but you do have a great night bring scared.

The event itself was amazing and great value for money. What didn’t go too well was scanning the barcode ticket you provide to download they can’t scan this so we had to come out of the queue we had waited in and go find a help desk to convert it to what they accept as they hadn’t seen one like ours before which caused a 40 min delay in our night. It was a very hot night and hardly any queues had suitable air con/fans to cool you leaving us feeling unwell from the heat.

The Halloween horror nights where amazing. Would recommend tho purchasing express, as average wait times are 80 mins. So lots standing around. But would DEFINITELY do again. It's a must. So many horror houses and areas with actors wandering with "chainsaws, axes etc" just amazing.

We loved all! Was amazing experience super scary and fun. I didn't like the groups of teenagers running around alone with no Adult, they could be a bit unruly.
