Was very quiet this time at the airport due to all the cancellations the hotels have had due to the hurricane so didn't really need the service but didn't know at the time of booking.

We had a young lad assist my wife in a wheelchair right from the airplane door to the coach. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Also the club mobay lad was fantastic. Thanks.

Lounge wasn't clean, toilet doors didn't lock & food selection was extremely poor compared to a year ago. Staff were not attentive, my daughter even got approached by a member of staff saying how his wife was pregnant with their 5th child & she was bored & would love a colouring book like that!
