Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

The official ticket must be shown at the retail counter on the ground floor on the day of your visit and scanned for souvenir collection. Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product
Personal handbags and purses are allowed, while shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
During high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues. Please note: this ticket does not allow you to skip the line at the elevator
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

Goed geregeld, snel naar boven en op ons gemak lekker kunnen rondkijken. Leuk souveniertje aan het eind beneden op de begane grond. Dat mag wel iets beter vermeld worden verder prima!

Wir hatten um 11 Uhr ein Ticket waren aber bereits um 10.30 dort, war kein langes anstehend und auch so war es nicht sehr voll.
