Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 3) Dubai International Airport (DXB) Level 4, Concourse A – West Wing. The lounge is located in the restricted area at the West Wing of Departures Level, Terminal 3, Concourse A, near Gates A2 and A3 past the Duty-Free shopping area. To access the lounge, take the lift from the Duty-Free area to level 4.

Know in advance:

The lounge opens daily 24 hours. You don't need to reserve a time slot, just show your voucher at the entrance of the lounge and you can stay for the booked time
You must have already checked in for your onward flight and have a valid boarding pass to enter the lounge. Please contact your respective airline if you require flight check-in and boarding pass information
Your ticket includes a selection of food and drinks. For special alcoholic drinks, you might need to pay additional fees
Your ticket includes the use of equipment such as showers, charging stations, international TV channels, newspapers, and magazines. Shower facilities are subject to availability
Plaza Premium Lounge may be required to close a certain facility/service from time to time without prior notice. Please contact the lounge directly if you have any queries about the availability of lounge facility/service before your intended visit. You will find the contact details on your voucher
Infants under the age of 2 are free of charge and don't need a ticket

If you want to sleep - which I did, as I was in the lounge during the night - it's uncomfortable, the music is terrible, it's too bright. I would recommend areas so people can relax in comfortable lye back chairs, has dim lights and no music. Just a suggestion.

Leider konnten wir die gebuchte Lounge nicht nutzen da unser Flug Verspätung hatte und die Lounge zu weit von unserem Abflug Gate entfernt war. Leider bekommt man dann sein Geld nicht zurück, daher würde ich empfehlen , niemals vorab buchen da das Geld zum Fenster rausgeschmissen ist.
