What to expect

Explore one of the New Seven Wonders of the World on this complete day tour to legendary Chichen Itza and the famous Kukulcan Pyramid. Learn about the vast archaeological site of Chichén Itzá, cool off with a dip in a serene cenote, and snap colourful photos in colonial Valladolid, complete with a tasty buffet lunch and a spacious coach ride between each stop.

You start the day with a visit to Cenote Xunáan, a cavernous freshwater pool in a light-filled limestone cave, and dive in for a surreal swim.

Next, you can tuck into a buffet lunch of marinated pork before you hop back on the bus for the last leg of the drive to Chichén Itzá. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features excavated ruins and well-preserved temples, including the iconic Pyramid of Kukulcan and the Great Ball Court, some of the grandest and best-preserved structures of their kind.

Once you've had a look at the nearby Sacred Cenote, climb back into the comfort of the bus. Your final stop is in the quiet city of Valladolid, where the colonial-era pastel walls of shops and restaurants offer a colourful backdrop for photos before the return trip that brings your tour to a close.
