This pass can be purchased both for arriving and for departing flights. For arrival flights, your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the arrivals' hall.
You can also choose a budget option called Standard. The assistant will meet you upon arrival at the air bridge and escort you to immigration. This service does not include luggage assistance, porter or exit to arrival (service ends at immigration).
For departing flights, your guide will meet you at a pre-arranged time at the airline check-in desk, assist with check-in, transfer you through immigration via fast track and walk you to the gate or duty free.
