Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest)

Know in advance:

Floral Fantasy will be closed 10:00am–12:00pm on 14 December 2025 and will reopen at 12:00pm
Kindly note that after your booking has been confirmed, you will need to receive another email at least 24 hours before the travel date containing a PDF ticket, which you have to present to gain entry to the attraction
Please check the official Gardens By The Bay website before arrival for the most up-to-date hours of operation of each show/exhibition

Das Ticket was ich erhalten habe war nicht für die gebuchte Attraktion. Ich habe ein Ticket für eine 20 Minuten Audio Tour durch den Außenbereich als Ticket bekommen. Das ist ganz einfach verarsche. Bin auch nicht der erste wenn ich die Kommentare sehe.

Es standen leider keine Scancodes für die Ticketkontrolle auf den Vouchern zur Verfügung . Nachdem wir den Veranstalter angeschrieben und um die QR-Codes gebeten hatten, wurden uns Tickets für etwas völlig anderes zur Verfügung gestellt. Statt Flower Dome und Cloud Forest (was wir gebucht hatten und was auch auf den Voichern stand), bekamen wir Karten für Disneys Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy geschickt. Zu etwas anderem ließ sich niemand überreden. Insofern mussten wir doppelt bezahlen.

War einfach super, ein Hinweis das bei längerm Aufenthalt eine Jacke geholfen hätte wäre hilfreich. Da die Häuser sehr gekühlt sind und es draußen sehr warm war, war man immer geschwitzt.
