After your purchase, you will receive a digital pass with a unique QR code. Print it out or show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveller’s pass, granting you admission
What to remember

Know in advance:

  • It is important that you enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass
  • The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation or might be temporarily unavailable. Check out the Go City app or the guide for updated information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go
  • Your Explorer Pass is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Once used at your first attraction, the pass will expire after 30 days and/or once you visited the number of attractions selected at checkout
  • After your purchase, you will receive a digital pass with a unique QR code (and instructions to access the Go City app). Show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveler’s pass, granting you admission.
  • Passes are personal and can't be transferred

    The pass had almost all of the attractions we wanted to do, as well as some new ideas which we tried and greatly enjoyed as well. Redeeming the passes was a pain at some attractions, where the redemption point wasn't anywhere near the normal ticketing locations.

    Had a great time using the go city pass. Had a bit of trouble finding ticket redemption place but once did, easy to use digital pass to have access to the Jewel, gardens by the bay and hop on and off bus to explore the city
